I chose the $750 advance on check out and tried to submit my taxes but it would allow me too...so I called to have a tax person call me and help me get through so I could officially submit it...then upon submitting the return, it submitted but the next day irs rejected it for having the wrong 2019 amount...I found that number and plugged it in and it accepted...so mow my question...those last two times of submitting it the option was not there about the advance...I checked my emails and I had received a turbo card...so does this mean it was accepted the first time I tried submitting?? Or am I screwed because it’s been 9 days and the information says 5 or the day after it’s accepted by the IRS??? Who do I call?

TurboTax does not have access to your approval or denial, if you qualify for the Refund Advance and since you have been already approved for the Turbo Visa Debit Card, you’ll be notified by email of the approved amount and you’ll be able to start spending online, typically within a few hours of the IRS accepting your return but it can take longer. If you are denied for the Advance your refund will still be applied to your Turbo Visa Debit Card once the IRS releases your refund.
