Advance loan through credit karma

I was approved for the advance loan with credit karma. I received an email informing me of approval with an amount. Also said, "however the funds weren't able to be deposited yet". That they would try several more times withing the next 48 hours. If not successful they would mail a check to my listed address. Can someone please help me figure this out withing the 48 hours. thank you
