Hello,
I am seeking assisting with adjusting our tax filing due to an incorrect 1099 that we received and submitted. We have since receive a letter with revised information to be included in the filing. I am including a copy of the letter, as well as the following communication from my financial advisor stating what was needed.

If you call into Turbo Tax, 1-800-446-8848 or 1-800-624-9066, you will be connected to an expert and they will be able to have you share your computer screen to then show them the letter and other documentation.
You will open up Google Chrome and type in turbotaxshare.intuit.com . This will have you download Glance and accept glance. Once you get a 6 digit code you will know you are ready to call.
Then call us and by using Glance we can see your full computer screen and you can show us the information to help you with your question.
One more thing, did you buy Audit Defense? If so, you will call them instead at: TaxResources Tax Audit Defense Customer Service Department at 877-829-9695 or intuit.audit.sales@taxaudit.com
