Additional ID Verfication - won't advance

After inputting all the information for my license and my wife's license (triple checked this screen 10 times), nothing happens after clicking "Continue".  No error message. Nothing.  

 

What am I to do?

Additional ID Verfication - won't advance

The IRS doesn’t require that information and many states do not either. Try deleting the information on that screen and just click continue.
