When I added my checking account number to finish up my refund info, I put the two 0s that were showing in front of my account numbers on my check and sent it in. When I looked on my bank account info online the two 0s weren't showing just the regular numbers. Will the IRS still send my refund with the two 0s or should I amend it first? Hope I made sense in my description.

Yes, you made sense. No need to amend. Your refund will be sent to your account without the leading zero's.
