Activation Box is blank on Tzt2022 Premiere

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times no luck.

Use windows 11 on new HP Laptop. 

Changed to various display settings no luck.

Called customer service 2 hours on phone. Couldn't resolve issue.

Need to ESCALATE this problem

Did everything recommended. Turbotax Premier 2022, was installed and uninstalled several times. 

The final "Actvation" is blank.

Will accept any INPUT

So far, none of your recommendations has worked. Tried uninstalling, changed display settings rebooting,  cleared temp files etc.

I already adjusted the display settings  to 800x600, and every other settings. 

No luck.

I have several hours in 2 separate calls to Customer service.  They weren't able to help me

PLZ ESCALATE THE ISSUE on Turbotax Premier 2022. HPlaptop with Windows 11.

Again the program installed. When trying to open it, it asks for activation code,(which stays blank) I've tried cut/ paste etc without succesd

Still unable to activate Turbotax Premier 2022. AFTER 20+ Years using Turbotax software, I will have try a different product.

2 customer service calls that were over an hour long each couldn't fix the problem

When you were on with us via Customer Support, was anything suggested for a new download of the software?  If not, we ask that you give us a callback and request that we send you a new download.  We are unable to provide that here on this public forum.
