Accidently pressed 'okay' to "Consent to disclosure of your tax return information" How to remove?

How to remove consent I accidentally gave on the "Consent to disclosure of your tax return information" page. I tried clearing my information but I can't get back to that screen to decline like other answers stated.

Maybe you have to start over in another free account? And abandon this one.

Online is only good for 1 return per account.  But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts.   How to start another return in the Online version
