A 2016 tax return using TurboTax cannot be completed on a mobile device.  If you do not have a desktop or laptop personal computer, then you can get free forms, schedules and worksheets for a 2016 federal tax return from the IRS - https://apps.irs.gov/app/picklist/list/priorFormPublication.html
