8962 is using 2024 FPL amount in 2025

I posted this a few days ago and don't see it!  On line 11 of 8962 indicating the federal poverty line, TT is using 20,440 (400% FPL for 2 people in 2024) and not 21,150 which is the FPL for 2 people in 2025.  Making a big difference because using the 2024 rate, I am 401% of the FPL and I need to be under 400% to not pay back all my ACA premiums which TT is calculation that I owe.

I called and the person was dense but put a. "ticket" in.  This error exposes TT to liability...

For the 2025 tax year (filing in 2026), Form 8962 uses the 2024 Federal Poverty Level (FPL) guidelines to determine eligibility and reconcile the Premium Tax Credit (PTC)

. This is standard IRS procedure, as the previous year's guidelines are used to calculate the subsidy for the coverage year.

$21,150 is the 2026 FPL for filing a 2026 Form 8962 next year.  TurboTax is using the correct value of $20,440 on your 2025 Form 8962.
