8915 F PLEASE TURBO TAX UPLOAD THIS FORM SO I CAN FILE MY TAXES

This is beyond crazy and is ONLY a Turbo Tax problem. This form is updated with the IRS and other tax software are allowing you to file. To have someone wait to file their taxes for over a month for one form is ridiculous. I have already paid or the desktop version $120. I want a refund.
