I am using 2024 TurboTax premier desktop. I completed the return, efiled it and saved the PDF version.
When I try to open the return by clicking on the "find a tax file" and then point to the saved PDF file, I get error message 102346. The error message as active link, "click for solution" but that just takes me to a online TurboTax link which does not offer a solution.
I have closed the program and re-opened it several times and same outcome.

Did you save your .tax2024 file? That's the one you should be pointing to in 'browse', not the PDF. The PDF will open in Adobe Reader, if you want to review or print.
Save your .tax2024 and your PDF on your C drive. If you save to a cloud-type storage, the file can become corrupted and won't load.
Are you on Windows or Mac? When you start the Desktop program it should show you all your returns and ask if you want to continue. If it doesn’t find your return go up to File-Open and you can browse to where it is.
The Turbo Tax data files end in .tax2024 and in windows should be in your Documents then in a Turbo Tax folder. Or search your whole computer for all files ending in .tax or .tax2024.
And check the recycle bin and your backups. Check in One Drive, Drop Box, etc. It should be in your Documents then in the Turbo Tax folder. Also if you have multiple Windows user accounts, log into each one and do the search for the *.tax2024 data file from within each one and checking the Recycle Bin in each one.
If you don't have the main .tax file you might have one that starts with a Tilde sign ~ like "~your name.tax2024". That file is if your computer crashes or your real file gets lost or deleted or corrupt so you can restore it.
