2024 TAX RETURN

I filed with turbo tax on January 24th, they said my refund was accepted on the 27th and would be in my account by February 17th (estimated) but with EITC i knew it would be no later than March 3rd I believe, however every time i check where's my refunds page  it is only showing that it has been received. I filed January 24th, it is now March 2st. I lost my job on February 6th and was relying on this money for bills until i could get another job. I have tried countless times to call in but am being told my the automated system that its not allowed to Push me to a human it can only tell me that my refund has been received. I have not received any correspondence at all from the IRS saying they need anything from me. WHAT IS GOING ON?!!?!

Only the IRS can tell you.   Since it has been more than 21 days since you filed, you can get help at a Tax Payer Assistance Center.  Also, see your options at the Taxpayer Advocate Service - Expecting a Refund

IRS representatives on the phone and at Taxpayer Assistance Centers can only research the status of a refund if:

• It's been 21 days or more since the taxpayer filed the return electronically.
• It's been six weeks or more since the taxpayer mailed the return.
• The Where's My Refund? tool tells the taxpayer to contact the IRS.
