Hi, 

1. Unsuccessfully tried multiple times to import the form, other forms imported without a problem

2. This for contains 1099-B, DIV and INT  information, the form is a preliminary consolidated form, will that be the cause of the failure in the import?

3. Will TurboTax application prepare the necessary forms for my taxes after the consolidated form from Fidelity is imported?

4. Can turbotax do tax harvesting or Fidelity can do it for me? If neither one of the will do it, Should I  need to hire a tax professional?

5. What form do I need to fill out to satisfied 1099-B form results
