2024 filing Federal rejection due to wrong AIG

Just tried to efile three times and received the same response- federal rejection because AIG incorrect.  I'm using the AIG from the records found in my IRS account so I know that this number is correct.   What is happening?

Sometimes if you filed late or amended the AGI you enter does not work.  Try using zero.

2024 filing Federal rejection due to wrong AIG

Having the same problem here, and there was no amended 2023, filed before April, but had to paper file due to the same rejection last year.  Just tried 0 for spouse. . . I do taxes professionally, but we use a different software.  In 4 years, filing hundreds of returns myself, I have never had a rejection such as this.

Tried changing AIG to zero but to no avail.  Did not have any amended 2023 taxes. Continued transmitting with accurate AIG according to my personal IRS account.  After seventh attempt, the IRS account noted that refund was pending but no receipt of transmission- confusing and frustrating.  Yesterday 2/10, received email from federal government that transmission was received and later in the day an email indicating filing accepted.

Not sure what was happening on the government server side )maintenance, DOGE?)  but I don't think it was an issue of the turbotax software.
