Hello,
I started with Online version (paid for Premium), then I had to switch to Desktop version to access Form Mode, not I want to switch back to online version. From googling it seems like switching current year from desktop to online is not possible? However, that sounds ridiculous TurboTax won't let you switch. I have already paid for package like audit protection for the online version, so I want to file from online version if possible.
Is there a way I can switch from Desktop version to Online?
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
No. You can switch from online to desktop but not from desktop to online. Now that you have switched to desktop, you need to just continue in the desktop software. Remember that your tax file will only be stored on your own hard drive---or any backup device you use like a flashdrive or external hard drive. It will not be stored in an online account.
As for whatever billing issues you have----talk to customer support regarding that.
No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
