2021 NY State Product shows information from 2019 (not 2020) in Info Worksheet Part IV

I downloaded the 2021 NY State tax product (Component S2021ZNY 2021.123.0.0).

As I started completing the forms, I noticed that the New York State Information Worksheet shows "2021" at the top for the tax year (as expected) but in Part IV there is information from my 2019 return (which is surprising). 

As best I can tell, the prior year information in Part IV should be "2020" and not 2019.  I guess that this is a bug in the software.  I don't know where to seek support as the only option appears to be this "community".
