Federal Form 2210 was released today with spots for Required Installments for all 4 quarters, but the 1Q payment is not correctly brought over from Form 2210AI (line 27) to Form 2210 (line 10). It looks like the software is still populating line 10 with the half-year amount that was in effect the last 2 years.
Anyone else seeing this? Can we expect a fix soon?

Yes, I noted the same error on line 10 , column (a) of form 2210. Also, line 7 (all columns) of Schedule AI does not pick up amounts from line 12b of Form 1040 or 1040-SR. I was able to override and correct the errors.
Good call on the line 7 calculation, I had missed that detail. I have also overridden the calculations and now am showing 2 errors, not sure whether this will then interfere with the ability to Efile.
I am wondering the same about e-filing. I will be attempting to do that in the next day or so, and will update with the outcome.
I attempted to e-file my federal return with the corrections made by override, and it won't let me. It keeps sending me back to each correction asking me to undo it (and populate with incorrect info). Definitely need TT to fix this!
This article is dated March 2021 and seems to refer to problems with the 2020 forms. Are you certain this is being worked on in the 2021 software release? Thanks in advance.
Yes, this issue is related to the 2021 software. For further assistance, please reach out to TurboTax Customer Support so that an agent can review the error with you and provide more detailed information.
What is the TurboTax phone number?
Is there a secret to signing up for the updates? If I follow that link and fill in the form, I get an error saying I need to be logged in. If I log in I am directed to a completely different screen that has me submitting information for the online version of Turbotax, or it will let me go to the Intuit account manager. I've tried in in 2 different browsers with the same result.
@pgmorgan There is a new update as of this morning, 2/24/22.
The problem of incorrect transfer of schedule AI line 27(a) to form 2210 line 10(a) is fixed.
The issue with exclusion of the Form 1040 line 12(b) amounts remains uncorrected, as well as several other errors that have been pointed out elsewhere (see: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/taxes/discussion/re-2021-form-2210-calculation-error/01/2513180#M9...).
It seems good enough for me (albeit with some remaining errors), hopefully it helps you as well.
Despite the continued errors noted on form 2210 line 11 not picking up my 2020 refund applied to 2021, and 2210 schedule AI line 7 not picking up line 12b of form 1040, the bottom line is that I don't owe an underpayment penalty either way. So I went ahead and filed electronically today. The IRS did accept my return.
