2020 TurboTax software failed to open

I had TurboTax 2020 installed on my laptop for past 5 years. When I tried to open the TurboTax 2020 recently, it forced me to install 'updates'. After the updates were installed, I tried to open my 2020 tax return file. And then the software asked me to download state. 

However, since the software is no longer supported, it failed to download / update the state. Now I can not open my 2020 tax returns because TurboTax 2020 software (which we paid a lot of money for) has problem downloading state update.

If Intuit wanted to stop supporting 2020 software, they should have made sure the latest 'update' they have posted is working, and not messing up existing working version installed in customer's computer.

Does anybody have workaround? Or is there older version of TurboTax 2020 available to download and install?
