I had multiple distributions from a qualified pension and an IRA in 2020 but only one was a qualified coronavirus related distribution, which I entered into Turbo Tax. However, reviewing form 8915-E only the coronavirus distribution is shown in column (a) and (b) on the form. Shouldn't column (a) include all pension distributions reported per the instructions?

TurboTax Online 2020 was unable to compute the taxable amount correctly if my distribution was from an IRA with basis. The bug was still there in October 2021.
I don't know if TurboTax desktop had the same problem.
In other words, the software was very buggy.
Since you will be filing on paper, you can use override to make the form read correctly.
The amounts on line 11 and line 19 and Form 1040 line 4b are what you care about.
I too believe that 2020 TurboTax makes a mess of lines 1 through 5 of Form 8915-E, but I suspect that the IRS only cares that the correct amounts are shown on lines 11 and 15, and that any other amounts distributed are reported correctly on Form 1040 lines 4b and 5b.
