I purchased TurboTax with confirmation TTWBC179783131 and didn’t E-file immediately as I needed to review more. I went to submit my taxes this evening and Turbo Tax wants me to put in a service code to let them know I already purchased it. I put the confirmation number in as I didn’t see anything in email for a service code and it wouldn’t go through; Said something like code not recognized or valid, etc. Where do I find it how do I get my service code to complete sending in my taxes?

It sounds like you purchased the CD/download version to install on your computer, That is totally separate from the online versions with totally different pricing. One does not apply to the other.
Only customer support agents can issue service codes for specific reasons. They might be able to apply your purchase to the online version.
You must call them to see.
There is no single published number because it changes contently depending on the nature of the call and agent availability. Following the link below will either give a current number for you to call or take your number for a callback.
(Note that phone support is for paying customers only. There is no phone support for Free Customers.)
Here is a TurboTax FAQ for contacting customer support.

Sorry you can't apply the Desktop CD/Download program purchase to the Online version. They are separate prices and work different.
You need to install the program on your computer and move your online return to the Desktop program. To continue in the desktop version see this…….
After you get the program installed the first thing to do before you open your tax return .tax file is to update the program and install any state programs you had. Then open your file. So you first might need to start a fake return to be able to download the state program (go to FILE - NEW).
