2019 Taxable income was $20,000, Turbo Tax calculated $0 tax. Tax tables say it should be $2000. Did it online, there are no worksheets or anything that shows how this was calculated...
Is Turbo Tax correct?

The tax table is only one of 7 ways to calculate the tax. If you have capital gains or qualified dividends then the tax is calculated on the "Capital Gains and Qualified Divided Worksheet".
Yes, and the download software used to let you see these worksheets. I wanted to see the worksheets to know how my tax was calculated and it's not available in any obvious way on Turbo Tax online. Luckily I found a post in one of the forums that showed how to access the Print Center by starting the process to amend the return and I was able to get the worksheets:-) But this is way more difficult than it should be and the fact that there is no help available other than the forums unless you pay extra for a "tax advisor" is extremely frustrating.....
The forms mode on only in the desktop versions.
Worksheets can be printed with the return if you select amend and then go to the Print Center.
