2019 Federal Form 1040 Information Smart Worksheet

On the 2019 Federal Form 1040 Information Smart Worksheet, I am being told to check this entry on Section Q  2 Line 5c, State and local personal property taxes.  Not sure what it is asking.  What should I put there?  Where can I find what to put there.
