2018 taxes in 2022

Hello, I filed bankruptcy and was asked to send my 2018 state tax return in. After many hours/weeks of research and phone calls I know see I did not file. Am I able to file on here or do I need to see a special person?

Thank you so much! I'll have to see if my old laptop will work! If not would a tablet work? I've only used my phone for years.
