2018 download software purchase

I filed my 2019 taxes on the date I purchased the 2018 CD/software download (2/27/20). How long does it take to get the CD? Or when can the software for 2018 be accessed? I've tried accessing the software on the intuit turbo tax website and I can't. Also at what point can I get a refund if it doesn't come in? I did not file last year and I want to get this done before April 15th. I paid $85.59. I'd like to not lose money.
