2017 taxes - which program should I buy to process the federal return and two state returns?

I  need help determining which product to use for 2017 taxes, filing federal return and two states returns.

If you do not have a self-employed business, you can use the Basic, Deluxe or Premier.

If you have rental properties, you have to use the Premier version.
