<P>The discount in question is offered through several member sites like ID.me and oneInterior perks and is for veterans or government employees, etc. They provided the link to connect to TurboTax and stated that the discount would be applied when the payment was made and the taxes filed, which I did, but no discount was applied. I asked the specialist that I spoke with on Sunday and she said to use the Self Service Portal. Well, where is the Self Service Portal? Useless runaround is all I am getting now. In any case, I need to know who to contact and what needs to be submitted so I get the 20% discount refunded to my credit card. Thank you.</P>
