Thanks to one and all who responded to my rant about not finding the option to designate 1099 as QCD. I ended up deleting the form / entry and starting over and it went as it should have.

I appreciate your time sharing your advice and instruction.

Happy Spring! well it will be when I complete this task and hopefully I won't have to bother you all again.
