1099B Freezing

First, please don't tell me to clear my cache and cookies. This doesn't work.

Second, please don't tell me to restart my computer or log back into TurboTax. This doesn't work.

Third, please don't tell me to try filling my taxes at a different time of day. This doesn't work.

Fourth, please don't tell me to manually type in my trades, profits, etc. I have several hundred trades as well as wash sales. I paid for Premier to avoid this.

1. I've imported my 1099B from ETrade succesfully.

2. I go to file my taxes and it says that I have numbers to review under Federal Review.

3. I am told to "Check This Entry: Form 1099B (ETrade Securities LLC) Cost or Adjusted Basis (Positive Amounts Only) must be entered". Attached is an image of what I'm seeing.

4. TurboTax freezes.

Other people are having this same issue. Nobody has a solution. Very frustrated, fix this ASAP!

This hasn't been an issue this year, it's been an issue for multiple years judging by the dates of some posts here.

Anyways, this doesn't solve my issue. The instructions just tell me to file as normal. I can't do this because TurboTax is freezing. As in, it's not loading. Which is to say, I can't do anything.

I am not being prevented from submitting. I am UNABLE to submit my taxes.

I am having issues with holding period. Not with negative values.
