I receive a portion of my ex-husband's military pension. I receive a 1099-R. After I fill in the blanks and click continue, it asked if it is a military pension, Employee-sponsored plan or qualified IRA, or neither of these? I am not sure which one it is? I know it is not the middle one. Is it considered military pension since I am a former spouse or neither of these?

I am a little confused. I put the info from my 1099-R in, and it showed I would get a state refund. Then I took it out and put it back in and it says I will owe the state over $1200?? How do I know which one is true?

I suggest you delete the form and try the steps below.  Sometimes information gets stuck.

    Please do these things:

    1. Delete the form:
      1. Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
      2. In the left menu, select Tax Tools
      3. then select  Tools.
      4. In the pop-up window named Tool Center,
      5. choose Delete a form.
      6. Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.
    2. Log out of your return.
    3. Try one or more of the following:
    4. Log back into your return.
    5. Enter the form again.
