1099-R "Payer's TIN" is blank

I know where to find the "federal identification number" for the "Payer" on the 1099-R the problem is it's blank. What do I do now?

1099-R "Payer's TIN" is blank

Without the TIN you'll have to file by mail and attach the Form 1099-R to your tax return.
