1099-R Part D line 2

I have a 1099-R and this is for a fixed annuity that I receive under 'Joint and Survivor' pension plan, and the entire amount is taxable, and box 1 and 2a both have the same amount. During Review, TT forces me to enter some value in Line 2 of Part D. I tried entering zero but the error remains.

Can you provide more information?  Are you referring to line 2 of your 1099-R?  There isn't a line 2 D on Form 1099-R.

Online review takes me to form 1099-R,

Then Part D General Rule Method, then line 2 Expected Return on Contract. I tried to enter zero in this line but error remains the same.
