1099-R form needs review

I am using turbotax online.  I have entered the information from my 1099-R for my RMD distribution.  I continue to get a "needs review" message.  I need help, I have never had this problem with the retail versions I have used in previous years.

1099-R form needs review

On the Income Topics page, click on 'Add/Edit'.  The next screen 'Review your 1099 Info' may show 'Needs Review'.  Sometimes there is a piece of missing info needed. 

 

You can click on the icon to the left of the trash can to open your entry, and walk through it again carefully to check your entries.  There are generally a couple questions following the 1099-R entry screen. 

 

However, back at the summary page, you may still see 'Needs Review'.  If you know your entries are correct, don't worry; it may be just a display issue as TurboTax is being continuously updated and your tax return is correct.  It may also show up if you transferred your 2023 return into 2024 and it contained a 1099-R from the same payer. 

 

Try clearing your Cache and Cookies and the issue may resolve itself.
