1099-R Entry issue

I have two 1099-R's from the same payer. On TurboTax Desktop I have filed out the information required for both and they show as two separate forms. Together, they make up the RMD total. There is a Form 5329-Tthat shows the RMD being double. Somehow this form doesn't reconcile the two partial distributions as one and shows the correct RMD under distributed and then.. an equal amount as undistributed. How do I delete this undistributed amount?
