1099 NEC didn't file for 2023

Hello, I received 1099 NEC for 2023 but didn't file because I thought I was exempt since my total income was below 14,000. I am a dependent and still live with my parents and didn't realize I had to file that. How do I file it now?

You would need to download TurboTax for 2023 and complete the return.

How can I access my 2023 incomplete return online, which is not due until May 1, 2025 (in Florida)? I previously paid for Turbotax Premium for 2023 and have not filed.
