If the bank is not found, then they may not participate in the "specially-formatted" tax import program. Literally thousands of banks don't provide the "specially-formatted", importable 1099-INT forms.
Just hit the "I'll type it in myself" and enter the -INT manually on the software form.
Apparently Capital One's 099-INT is not available for import into TurboTax. Click the box I'll type it in myself and enter the information manually.
