1099-DIV requires a state but the recipient address is foreign

Hi,

I'm done and the only thing keeping me from e-filing is this bug. The information is taken from somewhere else but the state is missing because it is a foreign address. Nothing I enter seems to be working and it can't be left blank. HELP, PLEASE!!!

The address on a 1099-DIV is not needed and immaterial ... just enter your personal address in the program if it needs one.

My employers address is in Ontario Canada, but this form is requiring that I choose a state and zip code. How do I navigate this?
