1099-DIV Prudential - No Tracking Number

I have the new 1099-DIV from PGMI Prudential, When I try to import the form, it asks for the Social Security number and a Tracking number. There is nothing labeled Tracking and I tried using the full account number, Last part of Account number, TIN number and social number, but all fails then locks me out of Prudential for a hour after 3 tries. I recall a similar issue last year, but can't recall the solution.

Stop wasting time.  Don't select the prudential import at all

Just hit the "I'll type it in myself" then enter it manually on the 1099-DIV tax form.  You'd be finished by now.
