1099-DIV Foreign Address Help

I am using Turbotax online. I have a 1099-DIV from a foreign account. Turbotax online does not give me the option to check foreign address or to enter an address when I elect to enter the form manually. Now, I cannot file my return because I am being prompted to fix the payer state and zip code. The system won't accept "CAN" for state or "00000" for zip code. 

How can I check the foreign address when populating my 1099-DIV manually in the Turbotax online version? I have already paid, so I cannot switch to desktop.

Delete that 1099-DIV and re-enter, but choose I'll type it in myself.   You don't have to enter an address for 1099-DIV.   Use the instructions at the bottom of this TurboTax FAQ
