1099 div error

When i import dividends from TIAA, the amount that appears on the summary income page of turbo-tax is more than double the correct amount from TIAA.  When I click on the amount on the summary page the correct amount from TIAA is shown and when I click on details, the same amount is shown in line 1a.    I have jpg of the screens for all of this.  This is serious error that results in an increase in my taxes.
