Cost basis was "not provided" on a 1099-B form from Schwab.  How do I handle it in TurboTax?

You provide that value based on your records or research.

1099-B no cost basis provided

Cost basis is the original purchase cost of an asset (such as stocks, bonds, or property), plus any adjustments that result from transactions over the period you own the asset.   If you know when the stock was purchased, here are some tips to help you find the original basis.
