My Daughter is claimed as a deponent on our tax return and she had her own insurance and I received a 1095A form. I paid for her insurance as she did not have employment in 2022. How do I claim the 1095A form on my taxes since I was financially responsible for paying it for her.

if you claim her as a dependent you just enter all the info on your return. if you do not then you file all the ifno on your return and she must file with all the info on her return. then between the two of you decide on how the amount are to be allocated for the policy allocation section you can allocate 100% on your return in which case she allocates 0 in the policy allocation section on her return or allocate 50/50 or any other %s as long as between the two returns the %s add up to 100%
Enter it in the 1095-A section. You should enter any 1095-A for anyone claimed on your return. Where do I enter 1095-A?
