My wife and I received a common 1095-a form covering our health insurance as a couple purchased through a state exchange. We file our taxes jointly. Our infant daughter received a separate 1095-a form because we signed her up for a separate plan on the state exchange (separate from our plan so that she could have a gold plan). Since she is a dependent infant, she won't have her own separate tax filing. Should I enter the 1095-a for me and my wife and then additionally and separately enter the second 1095-a form for our daughter on my taxes?

Yes, since she is your dependent, you will enter her 1095-A on your return. After you finish entering the one for you and your wife, you will click on Add another 1095-A and enter your daughters 1095-A.
