1095-A

I was registered for health insurance under my mom’s affordable care act plan, and did not receive my own 1095-A form, only she did. I submitted my taxes selecting that I did not receive the form, then the IRS rejected my return. Can I use her form or do I need to have my own? I am not sure what my next steps should be.

Yes, if you are included on her 1095-A you can use the information on her form to complete your 2024 tax return.  See How do I fix e-file reject F8962-070? if you need the steps to enter the information on your return.
