My daughter's federal and state return is being rejected because they want information from 1095 A to create at Form 8962. Every where I have looked states that I should file the 1095 on my return and not my dependents, So why are the rejecting hers??

are you claiming her as a dependent?
Yes
Do I just click the box that NO I haven't received 1095 because my parent have. If I put in 1095 information her return goes from a couple of hundred to thousands as her return and that does not feel right
click the box that NO I haven't received 1095 because my parent have.
for your return since you are claiming her as a dependent you'll may need to enter her modified adjusted gross income on form 8962 line 2b. see 8962 instructions for this line

It still rejected her return. Wants a form 8962
