Can we get some money back? Form 1065 k-1 is not ready and it will not be ready for a while. I will have to file my taxes until nex month.  Turbotax is changing the date all the time. Last year was the same. They can not commit to a specific date. Probably on Feb 21 2024, they are going to change the date to March 1 st and in March 1st to March 15 and so on. They are not serious about having the form ready. The same as the last year.

TT will not file your taxes with the IRS until all the forms you need are approved for filing. If you want to file sooner, you could leave this information off your return and then file an amended return when the form becomes available or without using TT to file the amended return.
