Good morning! I'm working on my first 1041 tax return for the trust account of my late wife. I easily entered the first two capital gains from one brokerage account but cannot proceed beyond that to enter a capital gain from another broker. There's no "jump to another XXX" as there is on TurboTax 1040 for our joint account. What am I missing here? Thanks - Dan
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
You can add multiple transactions in the program. After you completed the information from the first broker, you will be taken to a summary page reporting the transaction, From the summary page, select the blue button at the bottom left of the page that says add another account.
You need to click the Update button if you're at the home screen first.
I like working with the forms. This is on the Step-by-Step option? Thanks - Dan

Yes, you should try using Step-by-Step before resorting to Forms Mode.
