While trying to submit electronically, it was rejected by TurboTax due to EIN for Trust being invalid. The correct EIN was submitted. How does one overcome this?

Turned out to be that there was a second dash in the EIN that wasn't needed, IE: I had it as xx-xxx-xxxx and it should have been xx-xxxxxxx. Once corrected the forms were accepted. A simple but frustrating format error on my part. Thanks anyway.
When filing our taxes, I looked up our EINs from last year and that's what I used. They say they are wrong. I think I may have put mine for my husband and my husbands for mine and now they won't accept our return. What can I do?

Are you sure you're talking about an EIN (employer identification number) and not a TIN? (Taxpayer identification number.)
EIN's are not assigned to living breathing individuals. They are assigned to businesses, including disregarded entities.
TIN's are assigned to individuals who do not qualify for a social security number.
EIN's are formatted xx-xxxxxxx while TINs are formatted the same as an SSN, xxx-xx-xxxx
