It is not clear what you are trying to do.   The state software for 2025 is not ready for use yet, so no one can check to see if you owe the state for 2025 yet.  You do not say what you have uploaded into the software, nor do you say what exactly you paid for.   You do not appear to be posting your question from online "Live" software that provides help from a tax expert for a 2025 return.

If in fact, you have paid for/chosen to use online Live for 2025, contact your expert.

You can arrange for the Live help you are paying the extra fee for with your questions from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time.
