NO ADVANCES in 2025 FOR EIC FILERS

I learned TODAY AFTER WAITING AND WAITING that REFUND ADVANCES ARE UNAVAILABLE to those filing EIC OR EARNED INCOME CREDIT IN 2025 for 2024. Is there a reason TT NANES THE FORMS AND NOT EIC ??
