You must be 25 or older as of the end of 2018 to qualify for the EIC only if you do not have a qualifying dependent. Otherwise, you don't have to be 25.

I have a shared responsibility from 2018 I also filled for bankruptcy in 2018 I recently found out bankruptcy may qualify for a exemption is to late to qualify ?
